Totally! All our ingredients are 100% all natural, organic, vegan, gluten-free and Non-GMO. We're also cruelty free!

We adopt a holistic skincare ritual approach. A healthy and happy skin is a reflection on the well-being of our mind, body and soul. 

That is why we chose Aromatherapy as a form of healing and strengthening your skin (Exzma Skincare does not cure Eczema / Psoriasis - we would like to be transparent with you).

Our team of specialists in Germany has formulated the perfect and ultimate blend of essential oils, plant oils and natural ingredients that helps with the symptoms caused by many troubled and sensitive skin.

As we use all natural ingredients, you will not experience any side effects. However, you may get an allergic reaction if you are allergic to any of the ingredients used.

Unfortunately, at this moment, there is no solution to permanently healing Eczema / Psoriasis.

However, the ingredients that are carefully handpicked focusses on soothing the symptoms of Eczema / Psoriasis. Please do check out our individual product pages to learn more about the ingredients we use and how it helps with your skin condition.

Exzma Relief Gel - Popular for instant itch relief. The ingredients in the gel such as peppermint and aloe vera will help immediately to Relief the itch, and leave a cooling sensation after application.

Exzma Relief Oil - Our Relief Oil assists in keeping your skin moisturised. It also aids in preventing / reducing flare-ups, redness, dryness, flakiness, etc. It promotes regeneration of new healthy skin cells, strengthening your skin barrier.

For best results, we always recommend using both hand in hand.

Yes, it definitely can! Our products are very gentle on your skin. You may apply Exzma Skincare on your eyelids, around your eyes, scalp, or even around private areas.

Yes, certainly! You may apply Exzma Relief Oil on your scalp. Our customers had great improvements to their scalp when applying Exzma Relief Oil.

You're in luck, it does not. Our Relief Oil and Relief Gel gets absorbed into the skin within seconds of rubbing it on to affected areas. 

Yes, totally! You may apply Exzma Skincare to any skin conditions that are itchy, inflamed, flaky and dry. Exzma Skincare also aids in reducing scars.

We wish you all the best with your pregnancy! Yes, our products are safe for you to use! If you have serious concerns, you can consult your GP prior to use. However our products do not contain any chemicals that will harm you or the baby.

Our Remedies are great for sensitive skin and for all skin types.

Please apply both the Relief Gel and Relief Oil at least twice a day, or as often as needed.

Our products have a typical shelf life of 24 months.

Our checkout displays in USD as it's a global currency and Shopify only allows the USD currency at checkout.

We display multiple currencies on the product page and home page so you can see how much it works out to be in your currency.

However, the displayed currency amount is just an approximation, not the exact exchange rate as all banks offer different exchange rates. You will be charged in the most current exchange by your bank.

Yes, you may receive duty and VAT charges upon import. Exzma Skincare has no control over these charges - it is entirely up to the local government / border security and customs office.

If you refuse to pay the additional fees at the time of delivery, then your shipment will be returned to us. At that point in time, Exzma Skincare agrees to refund your purchase cost (minus shipping, admin and handling cost to and from your country).

Orders & Shipping

You will be directed to our Thank You page upon completion of your purchase.

Please allow a few hours - You will receive a receipt and your order details to the email address provided by you at checkout. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam / junk folder.

Please allow 2 working days for our team to prepare and fulfil your order. This is to ensure that your order is packed properly and will reach you safely. Once your order has been picked up by DHL, an email with your tracking code will be sent to you. Please use this tracking code to track your parcel. We appreciate your patience :)

Shipping will take anytime between 3 - 18 working days (please note working days do not include weekends and public holidays).

In certain circumstances, you may receive your parcel later than the above stated time range. Shipping is out of our control as we use shipping partners to transport your order, and we sincerely hope you understand.
