Some tips which will make you fall in love with your skin

To fall in love with your skin, the first thing that you will have to do is accept the way your skin and the way it is not. With complete acceptance and embracement, you will be able to channelize your energy rather than expediting it in criticizing what you don’t like about the skin

  1. Be natural: Don’t use makeup to hide your flaws of skin but use it to enhance the skin look. Use makeup to hide your blemishes or dark circle rather than covering up your natural look. Use a natural foundation and moisturizer to match the tone of your skin. Raw is the beauty trend today.
  2. Daily care: Treating your skin right every day is essential rather than covering your skin with makeup on the big day. Start applying sunscreen before going out in the sun, use CTM (cleanser, toner, and moisturizer) twice a day
  3. Plenty of water: Water quantity impacts the glow and hydration on your face. Water also helps in detoxifying the body regularly. Ensure to drink at least 3 liters of water every day.
  4. Balanced Diet: Junk and oily foods can increase the oil content on the face and could result in acne. Include a balanced and healthy diet along with one fruit every day for healthy skin
  5. Sound Sleep: Sleeping rejuvenates skin, which otherwise causes puffiness or dark circles and blemishes. You must sleep at least 7 hours a day so that the body finds adequate rest, and your skin can relax during nighttime.
  6. Home Remedies: Doing little home remedies such as applying aloe vera or raw milk on the face can treat many skin problems such as acne, dryness, eczema.
  7. Wash face with warm water: Make sure that you wash your face with warm water as it can remove the dirt particles which get clogged inside the pores.

Through these small tips, you will begin to notice the changes you always wanted in your skin. When you fall in love with your skin, you will automatically see the boost in your self-esteem and confidence.

Stop doing these stuffs to start loving your skin

What don’t you like about your skin?

  • Dark circles
  • Acne
  • Puffiness
  • Blemishes
  • Dryness
  • Oiliness

If the answer to the above-mentioned list is yes, then you must look at the root cause, which leads to this skin unhappiness. It could be your daily skincare regime, your skincare products, or your water intake.

People who ridicule themselves for dark or poor skin health must understand the implications of the negative impacts it has on their overall body and also their confidence level:

  1. Stop Comparing Yourself to others: Many people are habituated to compare your skin with others. It is time to now shift your focus to building your own body and skin. Comparison only makes you upset and takes away a chunk of energy which can be invested to become a better version of yourself
  2. Reconsider your idea of Beauty: Your skin color is your own and by all means you must respect it. Do not get bogged down with the beauty conceptions of media. Re-evaluate the beauty concepts of media and embrace your skin beauty as diverse and unique
  3. Stop ignoring your skin needs: Your skin always sends a signal about its requirement. You may not be open towards it, but once you start listening to it, you will automatically shift your efforts to take care of it. You puffed eyes asks you for more sleep

So, start loving the skin the way it is and give a few minutes in a day to nourish your skin daily.
